Thank you for your interest in joining Vexan's Pro Staff family.

Vexan requirements:

All Pro Staff members must contribute in three or more of the following tasks.

- Send in high quality photos and/or videos for Vexan to use on social media posts and other promotional pieces.

- Share Vexan social media posts. (We ask that everyone shares a minimum of one post per week, those that do not submit content that is usable we ask you share 2-3 per week)

- Interact with Vexan social media, which includes but is not limited to (commenting on posts (TikTok, IG and FB), Instagram Story tags, hashtags, tagging Vexan, liking posts, etc)

- Interact with fellow anglers online and in person talking highly about the brand, and its products.

- Work at 1 or more show events

- Give a seminar or appear on shows/podcasts and mention your affiliation with Vexan

Yearly Pro Staff Benefits are determined based on a tiering structure – Pro Staff Ambassador, Pro Staff VIP, & Pro Staff Elite. Our system is designed to provide growth both as an angler and as a member of the fishing industry. Considerations for tier placement include but are not limited to: frequency of social media posts, quality of content submitted, # of followers/views, presence & visibility in the industry space, contribution and participation at trade shows, etc.

The Pro Staff Member position is a non-paid, volunteer position. This agreement can be terminated at any time at the discretion of either party.
